No one can. When the negativity is consistent and constant everywhere in life by all loved ones and work, one can drown. Keeoing a positive vision and light on and in self through the belief of goodness of self an others the light can lift and carry one above the mess into the clearing of goals and confidence achieved for a healthy, peaceful life of Joy again with stronger confidence because the consent only allows positivity and light to enter and exist.
